     Jobs. Yeah, I have been working. Yeah, it's not fun to work while you're currently on a 'break' off school and studies, but I just had to. Especially when I needed the money, ever since my family's been busy with moving and paying off my brother's broken phone-slash-phone bill debt. So, I had to find jobs for myself, so I can use the money for MY debt.

Chewy Lemon Soft Cookies

If you love soft cookies, you're going to love this!

I had extra butter blocks in my fridge and some lemons my mum bought at the pasar. So, I thought I'd make some soft lemon cookies. This batch will make up to 2 dozens of cookies, depends on the size of your cookies. I did mine quite big, so, I got only around 1 dozen and a half :p Cooking time? 8-10 mins.

Butter Prawn Baskets (YUMMY!)

YAY! Another recipe! It's been awhile since I've made something savoury. Sooo how about this? Don't they look scrumptious?! And they were scrumptious! The baskets are made up of grated potatoes and filled with goodies like butter sautéed prawns. Mine made up for about six small baskets. You can adapt the recipe to your own taste and portion :)

HAHA Okay. This is pretty funny.

My classmate came to me this morning. Asking if I know some kid in ST1. She wanted to ask how this person's attitude.. you know, checking him out. But when she said this person's name, AUTOMATICALLY, I laughed. Like LOL laugh.

WHY? because she's asking about Izzat Raimi. xD SHE is asking ME about IZZAT RAIMI. HAHAHAHA and I was like, "Did you know I used to like him?" and I laughed. Of course. Then quickly her face became pale. HAHA you should've seen it. "D-Do y-you still l-like him n-now?" She even stuttered.

"Who? Me? Naahhh.. I've moved on. Love him all you want. He's free from me." PFFTTHAHAHAHA I felt like letting go what was mine, even though obviously he wasn't even mine xD

BTS Themepark Crush Trip

Berjaya Times Square. That's where all the kids go and make waste of their lives. Well, NOT ME! I made good use of my time there! HAHA

I came with my two friends, Dilla and Janah, also my brother with his two friends. The other party who joined us were Faqih, Luqman and my crush. All my classmates. To the rendezvous, we boarded KTM in Nilai to KL Sentral. Arrived at Sentral, we changed to monorail, straight to Imbi, Berjaya Times Square's building. To note that my classmate group went separated because of time difference. Unpunctual to be precise. So my brother's group and mine went on board ourselves.

Exam week(s). Make that MID-YEAR EXAM WEEKS. Already Mid-Year. Haiyoo.. So, it's already the second week of exam. We had Pendidikan Islam today. Both paper1 + paper2. The title fits the story I'm about to tell.

Right after recess, I came up to class and asked my friends for last minutes reviews and spot questions. Suddenly he called for me, adoringly, I might say. "Rajaa~ Rajaa~" He called from behind me as I was looking to my left. 'Adoringly', I answered back. "Iyee~ Nak apee~?" But he continued.  "Rajaa~ Rajaa~" He was cooing non-stop for my name like I was a newborn baby.

Mango-Apple Curd Pie

I went back to my mum's village last weekends, so we brought back mangoes. But after some while, it became too ripe, so I had to save it before it goes inedible. So, what I did was, I blended the mango flesh and saved it in the fridge. After two days, I made this!

Looks yummy doesn't it? Well, IT IS YUMMY! Warm and VERY crunchy on the outside and soft cool in the inside. Well, that's what I ate :D You can always alternate this method of cooking the pie :)

Hari Kualiti + this weekend

Umi came today for my Quality Day at school in the language lab. As always, I sat next to Umi and talked to the class teacher. The teacher would drag on and on about my grades. She would praise me for getting this and that and say I'm doing great and all. I noticed how the parents were a bit in a hurry from behind, I tried to break off the chat and such, but they kept talking. =.=

ANYWAY, after they finished talking, I start to sling my bag over my shoulder and stood up from my seat. As soon as I stood up, I saw him and his parents. He was in his baju melayu uniform, which I think looks best on him. I remembered his dad's shirt colour, which was maroon-ish, and his mom's beige veil, but I can't seem to remember his parents faces.

My emo moments (don't speak if u think what I'm doing is wrong)

I can be bipolar at times and I think it's that time again. I hate my current self. I kept getting annoyed at my own close friend. I tried too hard to become visibly clear in his eyes and then creep myself out when I think back at my actions. I kept missing my words when talking to people and left them irritated by it. Well, SORRY I'M NOT PERFECT. I want to blame on somebody, but that is just wrong. No one else does anything wrong. It's all me. FML.

No More Johan T^T You're at fault

Hooooiii.... hehe my chapters are really coming late aren't it? I've been busy with another fiction lately.. also with drama watching. Easier way to put it, I was busy with other stuff than this fiction. I kinda lost interest to write about.......you know ....the fake me - daydreaming for Johan to come by ....someday.


Anyway, I'm sorry if any of you reading this are disappointed in me. I'm just sorry I lost the idea to write this. Overall, I can't really fully blame myself for stopping(to write). A part to blame is you guys yourself. You guys don't comment and give me inspiration and ideas T^T
You....you...... unproductive silent readers are such ghosts. T^T I seriously wanted to continue writing, but since NO ONE is reading, I'd better stop wasting my time on something so petty.

Patience

Not everyone has patience. Some may lose patience even when a slight bad thing happens. Some may endure the 'pain' and have patience. As for me, I have patience. But at times, I can lose my patience. For example, hanging around with people that has bad attitudes, or just too weird. I can hang around and follow their pace(attitude) for some bit, but if they do cross the line, I will not just stand there and let them play me. I'm a human too, you know.

Why did I even start talking about patience? WHY? BECAUSE I never felt watching a drama can be sooooo challenging, it's knocking on my patience. Yeah. Shocking ay? 'Malaysianized' Okonomiyaki

Okono~ Okonomiyakiiii~ I love this thing. To me, it's somewhat a mix between a meal and a snack. I used to make this whenever I reach home after a hard day at school. Actually, if you search for the real Japanese pancake recipe, it is sooo far off the recipe. WHY? Because they use so much of their local foodstuff which we, Malaysian, find it hard to get. So, it's not REALLY typically Japanese.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Red Velvet. I know it's a trend now in Malaysia. Next to overly priced macarons. ANYWAY, this is not a macaron recipe. This is a red velvet recipe. I know you guys saw the pic. Tempting, I know.

My recipe is adapted from a famous YouTube chef. Chef John from Foodwishes.  His recipes are AMAZING. Well, not that I tried all of them, I just found it delicious, by the looks of it. Somehow like how Nigella Lawson and Jamie Oliver does on TV. Oh yeah, if you don't know these two other worldly celebrity chefs, you are missing something great in your poor life! FOOD PORN that is.

This is my mother's recipe she adapted after a TV show somewhere. I've made my modifications also. Us, females in my family, have a thing for experiments in the kitchen. We'd add in a slight unexpected ingredient in our recipes. Bravery in the kitchen HAHA. Anyway, hope you guys aren't afraid to do so yourselves!

Cream Cheese Frostings

There two types of cream cheese frostings that I like. The oozy and creamy kind and the meringue buttercream kind. The basic cream cheese recipe is a lot sweeter and melts faster than the meringue buttercream due to our country's hot weather. The meringue buttercream is light and it holds it shape. Perfect for piping with different piping tip shapes. I'll compile both recipes for you, so you can choose which you'd want :D
